Last Saturday I did Brigid and Bradley’s engagement shoot on a cold -27 (with windchill) day. It was good practice for their wedding in February. Brigid and Bradley were wonderful to shoot with and I’m really looking forward to their wedding.

Beautiful wedding invites - free

If your planning your wedding on a budget, I definitely recommend em paper’s stationery kit. It’s cute and would be cost effect to print as it’s all black and white.

The downloadable templates kit includes the invitation, save the date card, response card, wedding program, menu card, place cards/escort cards, table numbers, a seating list and a thank you card.

For this photobooth, I used my lighting kit and SLR. I printed the photographs on the spot after doing a quick touch up of each one. Rather then using one of my backdrops, I used one of the walls in the venue, that had a great texture (at the Davinci Banquet Hall in Woodbridge.)

St. Lawrence Hall, Toronto

I recently shot a reception at the St. Lawrence Hall, located at 157 King St. East, and was very impressed with the helpful staff and lovely space.

There were a few rooms connected to one another, next to the Great Hall, that served as a cocktail area. The balcony in the hall provided a great spot to shoot from for an alternative perspective on the evenings events.
